Amanda Brooks-Clemeno began her daily
practice in November 2004; a business trip to India where her associates
practiced yoga daily and a convenient yoga studio located on her everyday
path to work left Amanda no excuses. After her first workshop with Jimmy
Barkan, she knew that her path would take her to a teacher training. In
the summer of 2006, Amanda completed Barkan's 200 hour training. Shortly
after, she completed a vinyasa flow training with Sean Corne. Amanda
teaches traditional hot yoga and vinyasa, and lives by the motto that absolutely anyone can benefit from
yoga, the first step is to simply show up on your mat daily. The gift of
yoga is the strong body and clear mind that we attain. |
