If you want to get your clan letter and be fully registered you need to do one more thing:

or email to earthspirit@earthspirit.com with "Twilight Covening 2006" in subject

The following information:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Email
4. Best contact phone number
5. Vegetarian or Not
6. Your 4 Clan choices

And don't forget to fully complete the ritual of Twilight Covening, you must plan to stay on site until Monday afternoon so that you don't miss your Clan's final meeting or the closing circle.

Clan assignments will be finalized and mailed after the registration deadline of September 22. We will have a master list in the office; please call if you have not received your assignment by October 2.

Note: If your email or postal address changes between the time you register and the event itself, you must let us know. We cannot be responsible for directions that are not received in time because of an address change. Send the information to earthspirit@earthspirit.com with "Twilight Covening 2006" in the subject.

The registration deadline is September 22nd.
