Admission to Twilight Covening is by pre-registration only. One fee of $250 includes the cost of the program, lodging in either a regular cabin or your own tent, and a total of 8 meals, starting with dinner on Friday night through breakfast on Monday. This price will be in effect until September 1st. After September 1st there will be an inxrease in the fee to attend. Heated sleeping space is an additional $40. Current EarthSpirit members, Associate and above, may deduct $5 from their total cost. There is a membership form on the sweatshirt order form. Given the atmosphere we create at Twilight Covening, the number of people we can accommodate is limited. Please register early to ensure admission. If cost is an issue and paying in installments will help you attend, please call or e-mail the EarthSpirit office as early as possible and we will try to help. The registration deadline is September 22nd. Confirmation of registration, including directions, will be sent out upon receipt of your paid registration. Clan assignment will follow shortly. Please fill out the following form completely, answering all questions regarding your preferences of Clan, housing and food choice. If you have a desire for certain roommates, please write their names on the back of your form. Make sure to note that some clans will be sleeping in the same cabin throughout the weekend. If you are assigned to one of those clans you will automatically be assigned to their cabin. If you have not received your assignment by Oct. 2, please contact the EarthSpirit office at 413-238-4240 or earthspirit@earthspirit.com. Refunds If you are not able to attend Twilight Covening and would like to have your money refunded, you must request it in writing by September 22. After that date, your registration money is committed toward the rental of the site, food purchases, and other expenses for which we have to pay in advance whether you attend or not. Please do not ask us for a refund after September 22. A $25 service charge will be applied to all refunds and bounced checks. Due to the multitude of different font preferences on browsers, we have moved to PDF application forms online. We feel this will make it easier for our volunteers to make sure you get what you have requested on your application form. If you do not have the Adobe acrobat plug in, it is available free from http://www.adobe.com. If you have trouble with downloading the PDF or with installing Acrobat reader on your machine, please contact EarthSpirit either by phone, fax, email, or regular mail to have them forward a printed application form to you. The EarthSpirit office will not be able to instruct you in the Acrobat installation, you will need to contact Adobe support for that type of assistance. Please do not contact the webmistress as she does not have the application forms available. Important: Please check to make sure you have included all of the information required for application to Twilight Covening. Your application will be processed more rapidly with your help. Note: If your email or postal address changes between the time you register and the event itself, you must let us know. We cannot be responsible for directions that are not received in time because of an address change. Send the information to earthspirit@earthspirit.com with "Twilight Covening 2006" in the subject.
