General Schedule
Plan to arrive by noon on Friday to take advantage of every opportunity!
Friday:
- 11:00- 7:00 Arrivals and Registration in the Community Room
- 1:00 - 4:00 3-hour intensive workshops with key teachers
- 4:00 Opening ritual
- 4:30 - 6:30 Sustainability panel and workshops
- 7:00 - 8:30 Dinner break
- 8:30- 10:00 Concert/Bardic Circle (or attend Drum and Dance in Amherst)
- 10 - 12:00 Late night events
Saturday:
- 9:30 AM Morning Gathering
- 10 - 11:30 Workshops
- Workshops 11:15 - 12:30
- 11:30 -12:30 LUNCH BREAK (sandwiches available by reservation)
- 1:30 - 3:00 Workshops
- 3:15 - 4:45 Workshops
- 5:00 - 6:30 Workshops, Art Salon
- 6:30 -8:00 DINNER BREAK
- 8:30-12 STAG KING'S MASQUE (please call the office in advance if you would like childcare that night)
Sunday:
- 9:30 AM Morning Gathering
- 10 ˆ 11:30 Workshops
- 11:30 -12:30 LUNCH BREAK (sandwiches available by reservation)
- 12:45 - 2:15 Workshops

- 4:00 Closing ritual
