These are handouts I developed for some of my classes. The planets, the signs, and the houses are the basic building blocks of horoscope interpretation. The planets represent pure energies; the sign and house placements modify the planet's energy according to their nature.

Remember, your birth chart is NOT your fate. The placements represent potentials, not absolutes, and planetary energies are modified by many other factors besides placement.
