Rites of Spring will begin on Wednesday, May 26th, and end on Memorial Day - Monday, May 31st, 2010. Advance registration
is required for the gathering. No one who has not pre-registered will be admitted
at the gate.
Full week arrival
and registration will be open from 1 pm Wednesday until 10 pm. We
will be accepting a limited number of Weekend-only registrations. Weekend arrival
will be Friday, 6 pm - 10 pm.
If you are interested in being a part of the Village Builders Assembly that
starts on Monday May 24th , please read the Village
Builders page for more information. Arrival for Village Builders is open Monday from 12-3pm
You will find the rates and deadlines for application on the registration
page. page. We ask that each "adult" (over age 16) fill out a separate form. You may download the 2 page form below and mail it to the address at the bottom of this page. Feel free to make additional copies of these forms as needed, but be sure that all applicants have read all of the information about Rites of Spring. We can only accept applications from unaccompanied minors (under age 18) under certain conditions. Please speak with someone in the office before applying.
You can apply for Rites of Spring online and receive quick confirmation via e-mail. We use PayPal, a secure environment where you can pay with your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account for this.

You can also pay with a check or money order when applying online. You will receive an e-mail containing your registration number. Be sure to write this number on your check or money order so that we can mark you "Paid" and confirm your registration. Then mail your payment to us at the address below. Payment must be received by the deadline stated, or you will be charged the rate for the later deadline.
You can also use our print-and-mail PDF form. Download, print and fill out the 2 page form and mail or fax it.
REMINDER Credit Card Charges: credit card payments will not be processed
without a valid signature, if you mail in the form your application will be held
up without that signature.
We have made it easier for all by having a PDF of the registration form
to print. You will need the Acrobat Reader to open the form. If you don't have
the Adobe Acrobat reader you can download it here:

If you would like us to send you a RITES of SPRING Application form by US mail - not email please (it is too large), you may call us at (413) 238-4240 and leave a message. If we are not able to answer, please be sure to leave the address,
you want the application packet mailed to, on the answering machine.

All applications must be received by May 15, 2010 . No applications
will be accepted without a completed form.
Directions
will be sent out after the final registration date, May 15.
Note: If your address changes between the time you register
and the event itself, you must let us know. We cannot be responsible for directions
that are not received in time because of an address change.
We leave for the site several days before Rites begins and become much more
difficult to reach. If you have not received your directions by May 18, please
call us. Before then, please be patient.
