Feel the Forest all around you
You are one with the Forest
Let the pressures of your life
Become nothing more than breezes that pass over your skin
Let them go
Open to that energy
Breathe in the Forest air
And let yourself expand to fill the Forest
Breathe out and become as small as your heart
Breate in and feel the connection
Breathe out and feel your center
Breath in and feel the Earth holding you
Breathe out and find your balance
As you continue to breathe
Focus on your feet
Let them extend roots into the rich Forest floor
Let your roots go deeper
They intertwine with those around you
Feel their connection
A Web of roots
You are part of this Forest
As you breathe let your body lengthen
Growing ever taller
Toward the sky
You have a rough thick outer skin
It encloses your strong center
Your arms reach out
Toward the Earth
Toward each other
Toward the stars
You may hold the homes of other beings
Shelter them from the storms
Feed them from your surplus
We are all part of a sacred Forest
We grow here
In this center of stillness and Peace
Now breathe in and separate from the forest
Feel yourself
From your feet that travel
To your eyes that see
You are connected to the stillness
But you are here
In this time
In this place
Breath
Be Here Now
